TULSA — Police in Tulsa say a 2-year-old who's been missing for the past two weeks has been found safe.
Police say Venice Lampkins was found Thursday morning at a home in Wynnewood, about 60 miles south of Oklahoma City. Police say she was with her father, Justin Lampkins.
Authorities said Lampkins did not have custody of his daughter. According to police, Venice was taken from the back seat of her mother's car on May 6.Tulsa police say the U.S. Marshals Office arrested Justin Lampkins and will bring him back to Tulsa. The child was taken into protective custody until her mother's arrival.
