The recruitment staff and Student Services at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) are hosting their annual College Fair designed to enable students to obtain information from a large amount of 4-State area colleges. The event will take place Thursday, Sept. 27 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. in the Calcagno Family Ballroom located inside the Bruce Carter Student Union.
More than 100 colleges have been invited to attend, and the recruitment staff said they expect about 70 to accept the invitation. Additionally, all high schools within a 50 mile radius have been invited, as well as Tulsa County area students and several from Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas.
“This event provides area students with a huge opportunity to investigate and learn about area colleges and what they have to offer. It's designed with the student in mind while minimizing their stress regarding finding the right college fit for them,” said Darin McDugle, Director of Recruitment. “It also provides NEO with a valuable opportunity to showcase our beautiful campus to a large number of area high school students who might not otherwise have the opportunity to learn about NEO.”
