Fishing report

Hudson — March 26. Elevation 11 feet above normal. Channel and blue catfish fair to good on cut bait in flooded areas. Paddlefish good on the upper end of the lake near the Pensacola dam. All other fishing slow. Steve Loveland, game warden, Rogers and Mayes counties.

Eucha — March 27. Elevation one-thirt foot above normal level, water 58 and dingy on the upper end with clear water flowing in from the feeder creeks, and muddy on the lower end.  Crappie good on minnows and jigs around brush and structure. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits. White bass good trolling. Dwight Moore, city of Tulsa.

Spavinaw — March 27. Elevation half-foot above normal, water 63 and dingy. Crappie good on minnows and jigs. Largemouth bass excellent. There was a mini-boat tournament over last weekend that produced nice results on plastic worms with the winning team on four fish limit over 18 pounds and big bass over 7 pounds.
