Adair’s Littlefield named ASC Hitter of the Week

PRYOR, OK — CLARKSVILLE, Ark. — University of the Ozarks sophomore catcher Reagan Littlefield was named the American Southwest Conference East Division Softball Hitter of the Week, it was announced Tuesday by ASC Media Relations Director Greg Weghorst.

Littlefield, a native of Adair, went 5-for-11 with three home runs and seven RBIs over the first four games of the season, including wins over Lyon College and William Penn at the Lyon College Invitational.

Littlefield also scored four runs, walked twice and accumulated a 1.273 slugging percentage. Her homers all came in different games.

Littlefield fueled a dominating 16-7 win over Lyon College with a 3-for-5, 4-RBI performance.

Littlefield is a graduate of Adair High School where she earned All-Region her senior campaign.

Ozarks (2-2) will travel to Farmers Branch, Texas, to play in the ASC First Pitch Tournament March 1-2.
