Pryor is 3-2 in district play after defeating Tahlequah Thursday, 44-13.
A 90-yard touchdown reception by senior wide receiver Brennon Barth right out of the gate put the Tigers on the board.
Barth picked off a pass during the next series and ran it in from 80 yards out to open the lead.
Pryor never looked back.
Head Coach Jason Freeman said Tahlequah showed his team some defensive formations unseen thus far in the season.
“Our guys adjusted well,” Freeman said. “Now we have to win one out of the next two ...and we control our own destiny. We are right there in the mix.”
The Tigers face Collinsville Oct. 26, and Tulsa East Central Nov. 1, both on the road.
