Eufaula — April 22. Elevation 1 foot above normal, water clear in the east and murky in the west. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and plastic baits in rocky areas. White bass fair below the dam when running water. Blue catfish fair on shad, worms and cut bait along shallow flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 4-10 feet in rocky areas and around timber. Fort Gibson — April 20. Elevation half-foot above normal, water 68 and clear. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 1-5 feet early and late. White bass slow on white grubs and white Bobby Garland jigs. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits and Biffle Bugs at 5-15 feet and around rocky banks. Catfish good on juglines and rod-and-reel baited with shad, garlic hotdog chunks or little smokies. Lower Illinois — Monday. Elevation normal, water 44 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on sink baits at 3 feet all along the river. White bass good on jigs and spinnerbaits at 2-4 feet all along the river. Striped bass fair on jigs at 3 feet at the mouth of the river. Channel catfish excellent on cut bait on bottom all along the river. Crappie fair on jigs and spinnerbaits at 3 feet all along the river. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 5-10 feet suspended around standing timber. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits and jigs at 3-5 feet around flooded trees and brush. Skiatook — Monday. Elevation 7 1/2 feet below normal, water upper 50s to lower 60s and murky. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on topwater lures along the riprap at the dam. Tenkiller — Monday. Elevation 1 foot above normal and steady, water 68. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on soft plastic baits at 5-15 feet. Crappie fair on roadrunner type jigs at 15-20 feet in brush and fair on minnows and tube jigs around the docks. Catfish fair on flip-flops baited with cut baits at 20-40 feet.
