Keenagers hold monthly meeting

Pryor High School's Jazz Band entertained the Keenagers Feb. 19. Keenagers is the Senior Adult group from the Pryor First Baptist Church. Their regular monthly meeting this time was a potluck luncheon in the church's Fellowship Hall.

The Jazz Band instructors are Ryan Henigman and Wendy Kuhn. The Jazz Band has a contest coming up and presented a concert on Feb. 26, in the Avra Performing Arts Center.  

The Keenagers will meet again March 19. Sharon McGuire will have the program. McGuire is the church's financial secretary. She will present some musical numbers and speak about herself.

The Keenagers and their guests enjoying the luncheon included Julia Allen, Charlene and Joe Arric, Betty Bergman, Rosa Bozard, Bea and Bill Brown, Frances and Bob Clapper, Dr. Mike Cox, Betty Devers, Deloris Devers, Beverly Fitch, Kim Graham, Jim Hawkins, Mary Heltzel, Lawana Hopkins, Hazel Horton, Gail Ince, Eva Koscheski, Rhonda Lee, Diane Mason, Candy McBride, Joy and Paul Mobley, Bonnie and Gerry Ritter, Ann Satterfield, Lucas Smith, Annette and Paul Statham, Mary Strawhun, George Tipton, Esther Ward and Ethel Ward.
