The World Day of Prayer in Pryor will be observed this year on Friday, 2 p.m., in the Pryor First Church of God, 18 S. Rowe. The theme will be "Responding to God's Love and Grace."
Churches in Pryor are working together to lift up four local organizations: the Free Medical Clinic, Pryor Ministry Center, Safenet Services, and the Back Pack Program. Following prayer, singing, scripture and presentation an offering will be received to be equally divided between these four organizations.
Everyone in Mayes County is invited to participate.
