NORMAN —
The loss to Kansas State certainly knocked Oklahoma's season for a loop.
Some were wondering if it didn't also damage the program's future. The Sooners had several notable recruits in for visits last weekend.
OU coach Bob Stoops said the loss didn't affect the recruits.
"Those kids, some or half of them just came off a loss themselves the night before. They understand you're not going to win every single game," Stoops said. It doesn't matter to them like people say it does. In the end we had great visits with a lot of good recruits. They were all very positive leaving."
