Elmer Willis, 69, at his home in Claremore on Nov21. Willis was born Jan. 5 1943 in Broken Arrow to Ernest and Edna Willis. Willis grew up in Locust Grove. He was in the US Navy during the Vietnam War where he served 3 tours. He is survived by his wife Wanda of the home, his son Roy Moffeit Jr and Wife Mickey of Claremore, and his daughter Rhonda Mayo and husband Ray of Peggs; Brother John Willis and Wife Donna of Claremore; Sister Phyllis McFarland and husband Dallas of Locust Grove; 7 grand children and one Great grand child; several nieces and nephews. Wanda Willis will be accepting friends and family at the home (19688 E Sunny Lane, Claremore, OK) Wednesday the 27th from 2 p.m to 5 p.m to share in the celebration of Elmer's life. www.tulsacremation.com
