William "Doug" Douglas Jones, 71, retired from Standard Oil of Indiana, died Saturday, Feb. 16,  in Owasso. Memorial services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 in the Green Hill Funeral Home of Owasso Chapel
