Wanda Lucille Taber

Wanda Lucille Taber, Pryor, the daughter of Elmer Dirck & Lola (Rains) Dirck was born Jan. 24, 1934. in Dawson. She died Nov. 26, in Tulsa, at the age of 75. She married J.T. Taber on Feb. 16, 1952, in Bentonville, Ark. She had lived in Pryor since 2005 moving here from Claremore. She had been a self employed Health Care Provider for the past 18 years. She was of the Baptist faith, and enjoyed fishing, crocheting and working crossword puzzles, but most of all just being with her family and grandchildren. She will be so very missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services are 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 1, in the Shipman’s Funeral Chapel in Pryor. The Rev. Andy Pilant and the Rev. Slade Story will officiate.

Taber is survived by two daughters, Debbie Blackwell and husband Gary of Claremore, Rhonda Necessary and husband Randy of Pryor, OK; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one daughter Janet Sue Taber, one granddaughter; Jami Necessary, three sisters and her parents.
