Funeral services for Priscilla Fern Dougherty, 82, Locust Grove, are 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 17, at the Locust Grove Funeral Home Chapel, in Locust Grove. The Rev. Doug Parker will officiate. Interment will follow at the Stroud City Cemetery in Stroud. Dougherty, a retired employee for General Motors, died  Jan. 15, at her home.
