Obituary: Debra Kay Peek

Debra Kay Peek, 60, of Pryor, died May 13 at her home. She was born June 25, 1951, in Fayetteville, N.C., the daughter of Bud Malone and Charlene (Rule) Malone. She married Arnold R. Peek on Aug. 25, 1987 in Wagoner. She moved to Pryor in 1974.

She enjoyed baking for her family. She enjoyed watching movies and collecting angels and dragonflies. She had a big heart for her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services were May 16 in the Shipman’s Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bob Harris officiating. Interment was in the Graham Memorial Cemetery with Bryan Brock, Jason Brock, Ronnie Peek, Patrick Locke, Duwayne Roberts, Dan Malone and Chase Brock. Arrangements were under the direction of Shipman’s Funeral & Cremation Service.

She is survived by her husband, Arnold R. Peek; her sons, Bryan Keith Brock of Pryor and Jason Mathew Brock of Pryor; her daughter, Carrie Dawn Wallace of Pryor; her mother, Charlene Malone of Locust Grove; her brother, Dan Malone of Salina; her sister, Gloria Stephens of Pryor, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Bud Malone, and a brother, Buddy Patrick Malone.
