Funeral services for Sue Toalson, 80, Pryor, are Friday, Feb. 1, 2 p.m., at Stephens Memorial Chapel. Pastor Junior Mullin will officiate and burial will follow at Graham Memorial Chapel.
Toalson was born July 10, 1932, in Ramona to Lawrence J. and Mary L. (Miller) Street. She died Jan. 29, in Tulsa. She was 80.
She had lived in Pryor for about the last 46 years. She was married to George Toalson on May 21, 1948; he preceded her in death on Oct. 31, 2012. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God, Pryor. She liked to sew and she enjoyed going to car races with George and her family. She had served as Secretary/Treasurer for Pryor Little League for several years. Getting to spend time with her children and grandchildren meant everything to her.
She is survived by daughter Carol Bump of Locust Grove, son George Toalson and wife Pat of Claremore, daughter Mary Denton of Pryor, daughter Terry Toalson of Adair, daughter Barbara Collins and husband Mike of Peggs, son Steven Toalson and wife Lindsey of Claremore; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.
