Latreesa Aldridge Dodge was born Jan. 21, 1961, in Tulsa the daughter of Jerry and Peggy (Hogue) Aldridge. She died Tuesday, Jan. 8, in Tulsa, at the age of 51. Dodge was raised in Tulsa and was attending Memorial High School when she and her family moved to Pryor. She graduated from Pryor High School and remained there until she returned to Tulsa in 2002.
She was a member of South Tulsa Baptist Church and enjoyed decorating and spending time with her family.
Dodge is survived by her father, Jerry Aldridge of Tulsa; mother Peggy Knapp and husband Johnny of Broken Arrow; sons, Mike Gottfried and wife Jacklen of Stillwater and Steven Dodge and wife Rose of Salina; brother, Jerry Aldridge, Jr. and wife Deborah of Kansas City, Mo.; grandsons, Simon and William Dodge both of Salina; aunt Elaine Hogue of Milburn; uncle Bobby Hogue of Overton, Texas; and cousin, Belinda Gilbert of Overton, Texas.
A graveside service will be 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 11, at Sand Creek Cemetery near Okemah. Arrangements are entrusted to Heath-Griffith Funeral Home and an online guestbook is available at www.heathgriffithfuneralhome.com.
