Muskogee AP - A man arrested Monday in connection with a shooting in Boynton will be released from jail today, authorities say.
Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office investigators said the Muskogee County District Attorney’s office wants to hear from T.J. Wilson, who was shot Sunday, before deciding whether to press charges.
Wilson indicated to investigators he didn’t want to talk about the shooting, so Stephen Holmes, the alleged shooter, was released.
