Century Bank honors Pryor High School student athletes who excel in sports and academics. Students are selected monthly, receive recognition for their accomplishments, and become candidates for the Century Bank Athlete of the Year Scholarship. Left to right are Shaun Barrett, Travis Willhour, Lynzi Morgan, Reece Ritter and Steve Jarboe. Morgan and Ritter were selected for December. Ritter is a senior and plays football, basketball and runs track. He is a member of the National Honor Society, German Club and Science Club. He is a member of the First Baptist Church. After graduation, he plans to attend the University of Central Oklahoma, majoring in criminal justice and forensic science. Morgan is a senior and plays basketball, soccer, runs track and participates in cheerleading. She is a member of the student council, yearbook, Native American Heritage Club, National Honor Society, valedictorian, State Honor Society, Indian Honor Society, top 10 percent of her class and class President. After graduation, she plans to attend Oklahoma State University with a major in biology, then attend the University of Oklahoma Medical School and looks forward to becoming an anesthesiologist and starting a family.
