RCB Bank names new President and CEO

CLAREMORE – Chairman of the Board, Joe Robson and the RCB Bank Board of Directors elected Roger L. Mosier as chief executive officer and president of RCB Bank, RCB Bank Holding Company and RCB Bank Service Corps. He will assume the office on Jan. 1, 2010.

“Roger is a highly qualified individual and RCB is very fortunate to have this

talented gentleman at the helm,” said Ted McGuire, RCB Bank’s interim President and CEO.

Mosier, 49, has been with RCB Bank for 17 years, and has served as senior executive vice president, chief lending officer since 2007. In his new role, Mosier will lead RCB Bank’s 20 branches through what has been an uncertain climate for banks across the nation.

“I am very excited about this opportunity,” said Mosier. “RCB is poised and ready for growth. Our strong financial condition offers many opportunities within our existing markets and throughout the state.”

“Our previous leadership did a great job of setting us on strong financial footing – we are in the top 10 Oklahoma banks by asset size and were recently given

a 5-star rating by Bankrate.com based on

our bank soundness and security. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead this company and to serve our Oklahoma communities.”

Mosier, who has been in banking for 25 years, is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Mosier, his wife Vicki and their three children reside in Claremore.
