Mayes County resident accused of multiple murder
David Tyner, a graduate of Salina High School who signed to wrestle in 2000 with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is suspected of multiple murder. He became a mixed martial arts fighter who fought in a Mayes County bout in 2007.
He is suspected of shooting reality star Brooke Phillips and three others. The bodies were found in a burning house near Oklahoma City. Tyner surrendered to Mayes County Sheriff’s Office this morning. A warrant for Tyner includes six murder complaints because two of the victims were pregnant.
