A 38-year-old Spavinaw man was arrested after stabbing another local man during an argument at a motorcycle rally Saturday north of Spavinaw.
Tommy Jack Woods, 38, Spavinaw, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.
Woods was arguing with Brandon Buzzard, 29, Spavinaw, when he pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed Buzzard in the left forearm with the knife.
Buzzard was treated on scene, but refused to be transported by ambulance.
Woods was taken into custody and booked in to the Mayes County Jail. He was charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $50,000.
