Satterwhite sentenced; pleads no contest
A 37-year-old man accused of raping and sodomizing two young boys will be serving a 35-year
sentence in prison.
Patrick Lee Satterwhite entered a plea of no contest to first-degree rape, second-degree rape, two counts of forcible sodomy and two counts of child sexual abuse Tuesday.
He was accused of several ongoing incidents involving the rape of one of the then 10- and 15-year-old boys over a period of three years.
He pleaded no contest in May and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered. Satterwhite was formally sentenced Tuesday. He will have to serve 85 percent of the 35-year sentence, which is almost 30 years.
