Mayes County Commissioners read a resolution commending Jo Blasiar and recognized Jerry Levi Troyer at their regular meeting Monday.
Commission Chairman Larry Ramsey read the resolution commending Blasiar, who is retiring after 12 years as Mayes County Payroll Clerk.
The commissioners recognized Jerry Levi Troyer for his successful completion of the citizenship program at Roosevelt Elementary School.
The approval of the Sole Source Ordinance Addendum with Mayes Emergency Services Trust Authority was tabled. Assistant District Attorney Barry Farbro has not completed his review of the document at this time.
The appropriation of TCounty Highway funds in the amount of $75,487.63 for District 1 and $61,730.10 each for Districts 2 and 3 was approved.
Mayes County Emergency Management Director Johnny Janzen presented the first draft of the Debris Management Plan to the commissioners.
The consideration of claims for payment and request for blanket
purchase orders were approved.
