An arrest warrant has been issued for a 25-year-old Pryor man charged with second-degree rape.
Leon Wilson was charged with two counts of second-degree rape in Mayes County District Court for having sex with a 14-year-old girl on at least two occasions.
According to court records, the Department of Human Services Child Welfare department contacted Pryor Police concerning the alleged incidents.
Detective Derek Melton interviewed the 14-year-old girl along with a DHS Child Welfare Specialist.
The girl told Melton she had sex with Wilson in the summer of 2006 on two occasions and became pregnant with his child.
Wilson also admitted to Melton that he had sex with the girl multiple times.
Charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued.
Wilson had not been arrested at press time.
