One transported after accident

SALINA, OK — A one-vehicle accidents sent one man to the hospital Sept. 29.

A 1999 Titan motorcycle driven by Lucien L. Littledove, 44, Salina, was eastbound on Highway 412 when the motorcycle started having mechanical problems. Littledove looked down at his motorcycle while attempting to negotiate a curve to the right. The motorcycle departed the roadway to the left and traveled approximately 60 feet, laying the motorcycle on it’s side and traveling approximately 55 feet before coming to a rest. Littledove was thrown from the motorcycle for approximately 40 feet. Littledove was  transported by MESTA to St. Francis hospital in Tulsa and admitted in good condition with an arm injury.
