A Claremore woman and nephew are facing felony charges after affidavit said the woman encouraged underage girls to have sex with her nephew.
Jessica Cleveland, 31, provided two 14-year-old girls, who happened to be cousins from Cleveland’s church, for nephew Braeden Hendershott, 18.
The affidavit said Cleveland invited the underage girls to Hendershott’s place more than once, bought them alcohol and then picked them up afterward with the morning after pill.
Officers anneciated a warrant Nov. 9 and arrested Hendershott and Cleveland.
Hendershott was charged with six counts, including rape and providing alcohol to a minor. Cleveland faces charges of allowing sex abuse with a child and furnishing alcohol to minors.
