PRYOR —
Triniti Jean White-Southward, 35, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Sept. 19 charged with driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and failure to yield when turning left. She pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Oct. 11. Bond was set at $10,000.
White-Southward has a failure to pay hearing set for Sept. 26. She owes $9,673.81 in fines and court costs from previous convictions. Judge Rebecca Gore set bond at 10 times the amount owed. White -Southward was allegedly driving under the influence along E. 420 and S. 440 Road, driving without a license and failed to yield when turning left.
She was convicted in February 2011 of public intoxication. In July 2011, in Mayes County, she was convicted of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamines). In December 2008, in Mayes County, she was convicted of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and a separate conviction of driving under the influence of alcohol. In March 2005, she was convicted in Mayes County of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving left of center, and throwing litter from her vehicle.
