Jason Mark Odle, 36, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with feloniously pointing a firearm, carrying a firearm while under the influence and public intoxication. The latter two charges are misdemeanors. Odle entered a not guilty plea. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $10,000. Odle is alleged to have pointed a firearm while intoxicated on March 17 at Dixie Gann, Johnny Copeland, and Michael Bowman.



Justin Jay McGirt, 29, Locust Grove was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery by strangulation. McGirt pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $50,000 and McGirt was ordered to have no contact with the victim, Amanda Brown. McGirt is alleged to have strangled Brown on two different occasions on March 17. McGirt has a case pending in Rogers County.



David Robert Lamarre, 57, Locust Grove, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with child sexual abuse and failure to register as a sex offender. Lamarre pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $300,000. Lamarre is alleged to have sexually abused a three-year-old between June 1, 2011 and March 15. Lamarre is alleged to have failed to register as a sexual offender, having been convicted of first degree sexual abuse in Arkansas in February of 1990. Lamarre was sentenced to three years for that crime.



Brittany R. Bridges, 20, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Thursday charged with domestic abuse and assault and battery. Bridges pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket June 15. Bond was set at $5,000. Bridges is ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim, Brian James Huckleby.



Cassie Lynn Jones, 24, was in Mayes County District Court March 12, charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), a felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $45,000. Jones is alleged to have been making meth when she was arrested on March 12 in Pryor.



Jeremy Don Scott, 32, Disney, was in Mayes County District Court March 9, charged with knowingly concealing stolen property. Scott pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $5,000. Scott is alleged to have concealed some catalytic converters that had been stolen from Cates Auto Salvage.



Devon Michael Jones, 18, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court March 9, charged with knowingly concealing stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $5,000. Jones is alleged to have had possession of a Ingignia television and X-Box that had been stolen from Owen Nelson and Molly Thomas.



Clint Kyle Sutton, 41, Spavinaw, was in Mayes County District Court March 9, charged with grand larceny. Sutton pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $5,000. Sutton is alleged to have taken one or more catalytic converters belonging to Cates Salvage on March 8.



Daniel Ray Hauenstein, 22, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court March 7, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance without tax stamp affixed. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing docket April 5. Bond was set at $100,000. Hauenstein was convicted in January 2011 in Rogers County of possession of a controlled substance and in Mayes County in January 2011 of possession of a controlled substance. In both cases Hauenstein was given a deferred sentence.



Geoffrey Don Kinion, 36, Locust Grove, was in Mayes County District Court March 5, charged with third degree arson, a felony, and public intoxication, a misdemeanor. Kinion pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $20,000. Kinion is alleged to have set fire to his 1999 Ford on March 2.



Michael Lynn Walters, 43, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Feb. 17, charged with one felony and two misdemeanors, failure to register as a sex offender, reckless driving and driving with a license suspended or canceled. A not guilty plea was entered. Bond was set at $50,000. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket March 29. Walters was convicted in August of 2004 in Tulsa County of indecent exposure. In January 2009, Walters was convicted of possession of a stolen vehicle in Tulsa County. Walters was stopped by Pryor police for reckless driving on Graham Avenue.



Preston Michael Langston, 22, Locust Grove, was not in Mayes County District Court on Wednesday. Judge Rebecca Gore issued a bench warrant for his arrest. Langston, who was free on $10,000 bond, is alleged to have left the scene of an accident, careless driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to report an accident. Langston is alleged to have hit a chain link fence belonging to Willards Day and Night Store along Senic Highway 412 on Feb. 6.



Patricia Marie Garrison, 33, Pryor, was not in Mayes County District Court on Wednesday. Bond was forfeited and tripled. Garrison is alleged to have been driving with a suspended license on Tuesday.



Ashley Ann Harvey, 27, Locust Grove, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday, charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription, felonies, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.  A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $10,000.

Harvey is alleged to have had oxycodone and aoprazolam pills in her possession when she was arrested on Monday for allegedly taking away $48.35 in merchandise from the Dollar General store in Salina.



Troy Howard Keeney, 26, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday, charged with obtaining or attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $10,000. Keeney is alleged to have submitted a false prescription for Lortab to Drug Warehouse.
