Randy Leon Peckenpaugh aka Randy Leon Hunt, 35, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Friday charged with two felonies, including possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of CDS within 1,000 feet of a park or school and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
Wallace pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 24. Bond was set at $75,000. Wallace is alleged, along with Misty A. Wallace and Nathan Lee Hanks, to have been in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana along with a meth pipe and rolling papers when arrested Thursday near Bobby Buck Park in Pryor. Wallace and Hanks are not charged with possession of drugs with intent to distribute.
Peckenpaugh was convicted in Sequoyah County in 2004 of knowingly concealing stolen property. In 2008, he was convicted in Creek County of assault with a dangerous weapon and larceny from a retailer. In 1997, he was convicted of first degree burglary and four counts of burglary of an automobile.
