Jury sounding docket


Kevin Dale Allen, 39, Pryor, will have his case continued to May 24. Allen is charged with having had unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, eluding a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Jennifer Lynn Bailey, 22, Chouteau waved her right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on April 10. Bailey is charged with having assaulted a police officer, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and obstructing an officer.

Emily Anne Ball, 28, Chouteau, waved her right to a preliminary hearing and will have her arraignment May 16. Ball is charged with having falsely peronate another to create liability.

Ginger Nicole Beach, 29, Chouteau, will continue her case to May 24. Beach is charged with having obtained cash or merchandise by false pretenses.

Larry Dale Beavers, 50, Peggs, will have his case continued to May 18. Beavers is charged with having been in possession of controlled dangerous substances, driving under the influence and possession or selling of paraphernalia.

Charles Matthew Blakley III, 28, Moodys, was not in district court Thursday for his jury sounding docket. Judge Gore issued a bench warrant. Bond was forfeited and tripled. Blakley is charged with falsely personate another to create liability.

Barry Wayne Brautigan, 33, Vinita, will have his case continued to May 24. Brautigan is charged with having failed to notify law enforcement of change of address as a convicted sex offender.

Jerry Ray Brown, 21, Tulsa, will have his case continued to May 18. Brown charged with third degree arson and violation of a protective order.

John Sherrod Bullock, 42, Salina, will have his case continued to May 24. Bullock is charged with first degree burglary and assault and battery.

Timothy Bruce Cline Jr., 39, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing on May 18. Cline is charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance.

Tracy Lee Couch, 23, Pryor, will have his case continued to June 7. Couch is charged with Possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of a park, possession of controlled dangerous substance and possession or selling of paraphernalia.

Joshua Michael Daugherty, 23, Vinita, will have his preliminary hearing on May 21. Daugherty is charged with larceny of domestic animals and possession of a firearm while in commission of a felony.

Rocky Lee Davis, 27, Locust Grove, will have his cases continued to May 24. Davis is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with intent to distribute.

Julie Renea Dilldine, 37, Strang, will have her case continued to June 7. Dilldine is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Zachary Lee Dilldine, 21, Strang, will have his case continued to June 7. Dilldine is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

James Raymond Dutton, 31, Pryor, will have his case move to the preliminary hearing sounding docket on May 10. Dutton is charged with knowingly concealing stolen property.

Nicholas Faglie, 25, Pawhuska, will have his case continued to May 24. Faglie is charged with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

Garry Garrett, 61, Salina, will have his case continued to May 10. Garrett is charged with child abuse by injury, omitting to provide for a minor child and indecent exposure.

Ronnie Garrett, 30, Edmond, will have his case continued to May 10. Garrett is charged with attempted rape and lewd or indecent proposal to a child.

Randall Scott Grubbs, 51, Spavinaw, waved his right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on April 10. Grubbs is charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance and possession or selling of drug paraphernalia.

Ashley Ann Harvey, 27, Locust Grove, was not in court for her preliminary hearing docket. Judge Gore issued a bench warrant, bond was forfeited and tripled. Harvey is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance without prescription and petit larceny.

Daniel Ray Hauenstein, Jr. 22, Pryor, had his hearing sounding docket on Wednesday April 4. Hauenstein is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of CDS without tax stamp.

Thersea Raelene Henson, 41, Pryor, will enter a plea on April 13. Henson is charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of materials with intent to manufacture.

Andrea Marie Hilligoss, 31, Langley, will have her case continued to May 24. Hilligoss is charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamines, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession or selling of paraphernalia.

Cassie Lynn Jones, 24, waved her right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on April 10. Jones is charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance, possession or selling of paraphernalia.

Devon Michael Jones, 18, Pryor, waved his right to a preliminary hearing and will face arraignment on May 16. Jones is charged with knowingly concealing stolen property and possession or selling of drug paraphernalia.

Elaine Jumper, 33, Spavinaw, will have her preliminary hearing on May 21. Jumper is charged with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance.

Troy Howard Keeney, 26, Pryor, was in court without an attorney. Judge Gore moved his case to May 24. Keeney was charged with obtaining controlled dangerous substances by forged or altered prescription.

Geoffrey Don Kinion, 36, Locust Grove waved his right to preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on April 10. Kinion is charged with third degree arson and public intoxication.

David Robert Lamarre, 58, Locust Grove will have his case continued to May 10. Lamarre is charged with failure to register as a child sex offender.

Christopher Langston, 49, Afton waved his right to a preliminary hearing. He will enter a plea on May 17. Langston is charged with distribution of a controlled substance.

Dennis Lee Lewis, 41, Tulsa, will have his case continued to May 24. Lewis is charged with two counts of obtaining merchandise by bogus check.

Taylor Scott Littlefield, 29, Pryor will have his case continued to May 21. Littlefield is charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.

Jacob Michael Long, 32, will have his case continued to May 10. Long is charged with possession of contraband in jail.

Paul Louis Long, 59, will have his case continued to May 24. Long is charged with knowingly concealing stolen property.

John Matthew Lyons, 26, Hulbert, will have his case continued to May 24. Lyons is charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.

Charles Benjamin Martin, 27, Peggs, will wave preliminary hearing and enter a plea on April 10. Martin is charged with domestic assault and battery, interference with emergency telephone call, manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of controlled dangerous substance and driving while license is suspended.

John Dewey Panter Martin III, 22, Pryor, was not in district court for his preliminary hearing. Judge Gore issued a bench warrant, bond forfeited and tripled. Martin is charged with grand larceny and knowingly concealing stolen property.

Robert Wayne McElroy, 29, Pryor, waved his right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on April 10. McElroy is charged with second degree burglary, larceny from a house and knowingly concealing stolen property.

Justin Jay McGirt, 29, Locust Grove, will have his case continued to May 24.

McGirt is charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

Ezekiel Thomas Mennecke, 23, Pryor, waved his right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on April 10. Mennecke is charged with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance, speeding, and driving without a license.

Floyd Allan Moore, 32, Locust Grove, will have his case continued to May 24. Moore is charged with failing to register as a convicted sex offender.

Johnny Roy Morrison, Jr., 55, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing May 25. Morrison is charged with first degree burglary and sexual battery.

Helen Mzhickteno, 43, Salina, will have her preliminary hearing on May 24. Mzhickteno is charged with child endangerment.



Jason Mark Odle, 35, Pryor, will have his case continued to June 21. Odle is charged with public intoxication, carrying a firearm under the influence, and pointing firearm.

Walter L. Oppermann, 46, Adair, waved his right a preliminary hearing and will  have his arraignment April 25. Oppermann is charged with two counts of feloniously pointing a firearm.

Joshua Allen Brandon Page, 26, Pryor, will have his case continued to April 24.Page is charged with manufacture of controlled dangerous substance and possession or selling of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Cody Hee Joon Paris, 26, Pryor, will have his case continued to May 24. Paris is charged with possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute and possession of firearms after conviction or drug probation.

Kandi Jarene Parks, 27, Chouteau, will continue her case to May 24. Parks is charged with furnishing alcoholic beverages to a person under 21.

Dorian Russell Pilgrim, 37, Fort Supply, waved his right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on April 10. Pilgrim is charged with driving under the influence, driving under suspension, failure to carry insurance.

Christopher Nicolas Reed, 32, Peggs, waved preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on April 10. Reed is charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession or selling of paraphernalia, driving under suspension, failure to carry insurance.

Bryan Lewis Sapp II, 19, Salina, was not in court. Judge Gore set a bench warrant and bond at $50,000. Sapp is charged with manufacture of controlled dangerous substance.

Jeremy Don Scott, 32, Spavinaw, had his case continued to May 10.

Scott is charged with knowingly concealing stolen property.

Lisa Marie Nicole Shuck, 31, Disney, will have her case continued to May 24.

Shuck is charged with assault and battery of a peace officer. Possession of a controlled dangerous substance and resisting an officer.

John Martin Stith, 31, Pryor, will have his case continued to May 10. Stith is charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance and possession or selling of paraphernalia.

Clint Kyle Sutton, 41, Spavinaw, will have his case continued to May 24.

Sutton is charged with grand larceny.

Robert Howard Villalobos, 42, Inola, waved preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on April 10. Villalobos is charged with four counts of obtaining controlled dangerous drug by fraud.

Linda Faye Watson, 31, Salina, will have her preliminary hearing on May 21. Watson is charged with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance.
