Court Notes

The Mayes County District Court preliminary hearing sounding docket was July12.

Cy Lloyd Adams, 18, Salina, waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Adams will appear Aug. 22 for formal arraignment. Adams was charged in April with possession of stolen debit or credit card.

Ginger Nicole Beach, 29, Chouteau, waived her right to a preliminary hearing.

She will have a formal arraignment on July 18. Beach was charged in May with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and petit larceny.

Larry Dale Beavers, 50, Peggs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Beavers had his formal arraignment on July 18. Beavers had some outstanding warrants and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff’s office. Beavers was charged in January with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Barry Wayne Brautigan, 33, Vinita, waived his preliminary hearing. Brautigan will have formal arraignment on Aug 22. Brautigan was charged in March with failure to notify law enforcement of change of address as a registered sex offender.

Benjamin Scott Butcher, 37, Salina had his case continued to Aug. 30.

Butcher was charged in April with stalking.

Matthew Simon Chase, 39, Pryor, had his case continued to Aug 16.

Chase was charged in April with possession of a controlled substance in the presence of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chase had an outstanding warrant and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff’s office.

Kurt Allen Cherry, 53, Pryor, had his case continued to Aug. 30 for lack of an attorney. Cherry was charged in April with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance.

Johnny Stephen Clemmens, 36, Claremore had his case continued to Sept. 20. Clemmens was charged in June with driving under the influence, driving with a canceled or suspended license and careless driving.

Timothy Bruce Cline, Jr., 39, Pryor, waived preliminary hearing. Cline will had formal arraignment on July 18. Cline was charged in December with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance.

Lisa Kaye Cummings, 43, Tulsa, waived her right to a preliminary hearing.  Her arraignment was July 18. Cummings was charged in May with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Robert Scott Drake, 53, Pryor, had his case continued to Aug. 30.

Drake was charged in May with harboring a fugitive from justice and obstructing an officer.

Justin W. Epperson, 19, Pryor, waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He will appear Aug. 22 for formal arraignment. Epperson was charged in January  with possession of a weapon on school property.

Terry Wayne Epperson, 47, Pryor, waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He will appear in court Aug. 13 for formal arraignment. Epperson was charged in January with second degree burglary and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Daniel Joseph Gifford, 20, Salina, had his case continued to Aug. 30.

Gifford was charged in June with escape from a penal institution.

Cecil Melvin Hall, 37, Chouteau, will have his preliminary hearing Sept 14.

Hall was charged in May with first degree rape.

Jerry Edward Hammack, Jr., 36, Salina, waived his right to preliminary hearing and returned to court July 18. Hammack was charged in May with larceny of an automobile. Hammack was charged in June 2011 with domestic assault and battery.

Thomas Lee Harris, Jr. 40, Pryor, waived preliminary hearing. His arraignment is Aug. 22. Harris was charged in May with possession of controlled dangerous substances and driving without a license.

Jeffrey Todd Heathcott, 40, Pryor, had his case continued to Aug. 30.

He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in November.

Herbert Alvin Herron, 57, Chouteau, wanted to represent himself in court. His case is continued to Aug. 30. Herron was charged in March with failure to register as a sex offender.

Michael Cleveland Horn, 52, Chouteau had his case continued to Sept. 14

Horn was charged in April with possession of drugs with intent to distribute and endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance.

Donald Ray Hughes, 50, Pryor, waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He will have his case continued to Aug. 22. Hughes was charged in May with being a registered sex offender living within 2,000 feet of a school and failure to register.

Charles Leon Irvin, Jr. 32, Pryor, waived his right to preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on Aug. 13. Irvin was charged in June with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance, grand larceny and resisting an officer.

Jonathan Jose Jackson, 24, Ada, waived his right to preliminary hearing. He will appear in court for formal arraignment July 17. Jackson was charged in May with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, eluding a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to carry security verification of insurance.

Jessica Ann Jump, 28, Salina, waived her right to a preliminary hearing. Her  arraignment is July 18. Jump was charged in April with driving under the influence, driving with a canceled or revoked license and child endangerment.

Skake Sequoyah Kingfisher, 26, Locust Grove, waived his right to preliminary hearing. He will reappear in court on Aug. 22 for arraignment.

Kingfisher was charged in June with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Vincent Scott Kirby Jr, 18, Pryor, is scheduled for preliminary hearing on Sept. 14. Kirby was charged in May with first degree rape.

Ricky Ray Lake, 33, Melbourne, Ark., was not in court. Judge Rebecca Gore forfeited and tripled bond for failure to appear. Lake was charged in May with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear a seat belt, driving a defective vehicle and failure to carry insurance security verification.

Mary Jo Lansaw, 35, Pryor, will have her case continued to Aug 16. Lansaw was charged in May with knowingly concealing stolen property.

Bobby Michael Leach, 55, Locust Grove, will have his case continued to Aug. 30. Leach was charged in June with driving under the influence and driving left of center.

John Dewey Panter Martin III, 22, Pryor, waived preliminary hearing. He will returned to court on July 17. Martin was charged in March with knowingly concealing stolen property and grand larceny. Martin was charged in February 2010 with driving under the influence.

David Odell McBride Jr., 38, Pryor, had his case continued to Aug 28.

McBride was charged in May with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.

Elizabeth Ann Miller, 23, Pryor, had her case continued to Aug. 30.

Miller was charged in May with knowingly concealing stolen property.

Amanda Montgomery, 40, Pryor, had her case continued to Aug. 30.

Montgomery was charged in April with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor or near a school yard and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian Anthony Navratil, 36, Locust Grove, waived his right to preliminary hearing. He was formally arraigned on July 18. Navratil was charged in April with possession of a controlled substance in the presence of a minor or near a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Taj Margaret Navratil, 31, Locust Grove, waived her right to preliminary hearing. She was formally arraignment on July 18.

Navratil was charged in April with possession of a controlled substance in the presence of a minor or near a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cody Allen Nichols, 19, Salina, had his case continued to Aug. 30.

Nichols was charged in June with first degree rape and incest.

George Steven Nichols, 49, Locust Grove, had his case continued to Aug. 30. Nichols was charged in June with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, knowingly concealing stolen property and obstructing an officer.

James William Partridge, 44, Tulsa, waived his right to preliminary hearing. He was arraigned in district court on July 18. Partridge was charged in May with distribution of controlled dangerous substances with intent to distribute, possession of controlled dangerous substance and possession or selling of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon Perryman, 21, Pryor, has his case continued to Aug. 30.

Perryman was charged in June with harboring a fugitive from justice.

Charles Neale Puckett, 55, Rose, has his case continued to Aug. 30.

Puckett was charged in January with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and transporting an open container.

Sean Clifford Purdy, 24, Pryor, had his case set for preliminary hearing on Sept. 10. Purdy was charged in May with sexual battery.

Selena Fay Rabbit, 51, Pryor, has her case continued to Aug. 30. Rabbit was charged in November 2010 with false declaration of ownership to a pawn broker.

Tyler Welch Randall, 21, Salina, will have his preliminary hearing on Sept. 17.

Randall was charged in June with first degree rape by force and fear.

Travis Lee Redger, 38, Adair, waived his right to preliminary hearing. He will enter a plea on Aug. 14. Redger was charged in June with possession of a firearm after previous conviction and possession of firearm after conviction or during probation.

Christopher Lee Runion, 37, Locust Grove, was not in court. Judge Rebecca Gore forfeited and tripled bond for his failure to appear. A bench warrant was issued. Runion was charged in June with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance.

Gregory Alex Sawin, 38, Vinita, will have his case continued to Aug 30.

Sawin was charged in December with domestic assault and battery.

Matthew Douglas Schweffermann, 24, Pryor, has his case continued to Aug. 30 due to lack of an attorney. Schweffermann was charged in May with knowingly concealing stolen property.

Michael Forest Shelton, 44, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing Sept. 17.

Shelton was charged in June with first degree burglary, robbery by force and fear, aggravated assault and battery. Shelton was charged in August with domestic assault and battery.

Christopher Ryan Wannall, 21, Pryor, waived his right to preliminary hearing. He appeared in court on July 17 for formal arraignment. Wannall was charged in February with assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault by strangulation. Wannall was charged in December 2010 with possession of a controlled substance.

Christopher Scott Ward, 37, Chouteau, had his case continued to Aug. 30.

Ward was charged in February with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and speeding. In May, Ward was charged with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lacy Wiede, 22, Locust Grove, had her case continued to Aug. 30. Wiede was charged in June with harboring a fugitive from justice.

Taylor Chayce Yeager, 18, Salina, had his case continued to Aug. 30.

Yeager was charged in April with possession of a stolen debit or credit card.
