Thomas Darrell Easkey, 33, Salina, was in district court Friday charged with breaking and entering - a felony and public intoxication a misdemeanor.
A not guilty plea was entered. Preliminary hearing sounding docket is June 15. Bond has been set at $2,500. Easkey pleaded guilty to knowingly concealing stolen property in 1997 and pleaded guilty of knowingly concealing stolen property on Jan. 26, 2012.
Jason Norman Miller, 35, Locust Grove, was not in district court Monday. His bond was forfeited. Miller was charged with public intoxication on Sunday.
David Jeremiah Heber, 20, Pryor, was in district court Friday charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A not guilty plea was entered. Preliminary hearing sounding docket is March 29. Bond is 5,000. Herber is alleged to have been driving a 1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Sierra belonging to Jimmy Wamego on August 23, 2011.
David Lee Wills, 25, Pryor, was remanded in district court to the custody of the Mayes County Sheriff’s department Wednesday for failure to do his 240 hours of community service after being sentenced in June. Wells will serve 60 days in jail. Wells was convicted in June for a September 2010 larceny of an automobile.
Christopher Scott Ward, 36, Chouteau, was in district court Friday charged with possession of a drug with intent to distribute - a felony and speeding - a misdemeanor. Ward pleaded not guilty on both counts. Preliminary hearing sounding docket is March 29. Bond is $25,000. Ward is alleged to have possessed marihuana and speeding on Feb. 2. In 2005 Ward was convicted of aggravated assault and battery. In 2000 ward was convicted of grand larceny.
Gregory Shawn Roach, 39, Locust Grove, was in district court on Monday for failure to appear for his preliminary hearing sounding docket on Jan. 19. His bond was tripled and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He will have his new preliminary hearing date on March 15. Roach was charged with actual physical control of a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and transporting an open container of liquor - a misdemeanor on the Dec. 7.
Shannon Eugene Graham, 37, Pryor, was in district court Tuesday charged with possession of a firearm after conviction. A not guilty plea was entered. Preliminary hearing is set for March 15. Bond is 75,000. Graham allegedly was in possession of a 357 Browning pistol on Jan. 30. Graham will be in court again on Feb. 17 for a motion to revoke a suspended sentence stemming from a July 27, 2011 conviction of domestic assault and battery by strangulation. Bond for the motion to revoke is $80,000.
Rex Raymond Crist, 20, Salina, was in district court Wednesday charged with failure to appear for an application to revoke a suspended sentence back in October. His hearing is set for Feb. 17. Crist was free on a $30,000 bond.
Crist was convicted of possession with intent to manufacture methamphetamines in 2010.
