John Ray Rose, 35, Tahlequah, was not in Mayes County District Court Tuesday. Judge Rebecca Gore ordered bond forfeited and tripled for his failure to appear. Rose was charged with driving under a suspended license Monday.
Tiffany Dawn Osborn, 25, Vinita, was not in Mayes County District Court Tuesday. Judge Rebecca Gore ordered bond forfeited and tripled. Osborn has been charged with contempt of court by refusing to pay restitution while being financially able. The amount owed totaled $958.93. In 2008, Obsorn was convicted of obtaining merchandise by false and bogus check.
Terry Lee Horn, 49, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday charged with domestic assault and battery by strangulation. Horn pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond is $20,000. Horn was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. Horn is alleged to have strangled his wife Debbie Horn on Monday.
Zachary Lee Dilldine, 21, Strang, was in Mayes Country District Court Monday charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Dilldine, represented by Kevin Dodson, entered a not guilty plea. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $5,000.
Trenton Eugene Grass, 29, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Grass pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond was set at $25,000. Grass is alleged to have failed to register with the Mayes County Sheriff’s Office 10 days after Jan. 6, which is the date he moved. Sex offenders have 10 days to register once they move into a residence.
Grass was convicted of lewd molestation in Mayes County in 2003. Grass was convicted of failing to register as sex offender in Cherokee County in 2008.
Andrew Dillion Hampton, 19, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with misdemeanor domestic assault and battery. Hampton, pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond was set at $5,000. Hampton is alleged to have pushed his sister and girlfriend with force and violence. Hampton was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victims.
Michael John Kemp Jr., 39, Adair, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with child abuse by injury. Kemp, represented by attorney Chuck Ramsey, pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond was set at $5,000. Kemp is alleged to have struck his 15-year-old using a belt, his fists and a garden hose on March 4.
Natha Jean Asbill, 39, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with obtaining property by false pretenses. Asbill pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Asbill is free on a $5,000 bond. Asbill is alleged to have obtained gasoline from Murphy’s and merchandise from Wal-Mart using a credit card belonging to her late father Bobby Schultz in August of 2011.
Richard Wayne Ryan Jr., 30, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with one felony count of unlawful possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute in concert with Elizabeth Ann Smith and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with license suspended, and going the wrong way on one way road. Ryan pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond was set at $50,000. Ryan is alleged to have had in his possession marijuana, oxycodone, hydrocodone and morphine, along with drug paraphernalia. He is alleged to have been driving in the wrong direction on Graham Avenue while his license was suspended on March 23.
Elizabeth Ann Smith, 23, Collinsville, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute and one charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in concert with Richard W. Ryan Jr. Smith. She pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond was set at $50,000. Smith is alleged to have been in possession of marijuana, oxycodone, morphine and hydrocodone, along with drug paraphernalia, on March 23.
Brian Kenneth Harris, 48, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance, child endangerment permitting abuse, possession of a firearm after a previous conviction of a felony and one misdemeanor charge of larceny of utilities. Harris pleaded not guilty. Preliminary hearing sounding docket is May 10. Bond is $100,000.
Harris is alleged to have manufactured methampethamines in the presence of a minor, possessed of a firearm after a previous felony conviction and tampered with an electric meter to avoid charges from Rural Electric Cooperative March 24. Harris was convicted of manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance, child endangerment and larceny of utilities in August 2007. Harris was convicted of manufacture of controlled substance after former conviction of a felony in 2005. Harris was twice convicted of unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute in 1995.

Harris, 45, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance, child endangerment, possession of firearm after previous conviction of a felony and one misdemeanor count of tampering with utilities. Harris pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond was set at $100,000.
