Christopher Lee Runion, 37, Locust Grove, was in Mayes County District Court Thursday on two failure to appear charges. Runion failed to appear on June 22 regarding a misdemeanor case in which he was charged in January with possession of marijuana. Runion is scheduled to appear in court for that case on Sept. 14. Bond on that case is $3,300. Runion failed to appear on July 12 for his preliminary hearing sounding docket on a felony charge of endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamines) in June. Runion is scheduled to appear in court on that case Aug. 30. Bond on that case is $50,000. Due to his failure to appear, bond was tripled to $150,000.
Crystal Michele Schnitker, 25, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Thursday on an application to accelerate a deferred sentence. Her hearing is Aug. 30. Schnitcker was charged in November with aiding/abetting a minor in need of supervision. Schnitker allegedly failed to send her child, now eight years old, to school or to be on time for school.
Trell Nolan Marble, 27, Salina, was in Mayes County District Court July 16, charged with endeavoring to manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance, cultivation of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marble pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug. 30. Bond was set at $75,000. Marble is alleged to have conspired with Curtis Wadlow and Linsday Walters to manufacture methamphetamines by having an HCL generator, Loradtidine D and other chemicals known to make methamphetamines. Marble is alleged to have grown marijuana and been in possession of smoking devices for marijuana on July 13.
Geina Don Dentis, 28, Sand Springs, was in Mayes County District Court July 16, charged with possession of a controlled substance, false personation to create liability, and two misdemeanors: unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. Dentis pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug. 30. Bond was set at $50,000. Dentis is alleged to have had methamphetamines on her person. Dentis is alleged to have given the name of Autumn Peevy to authorities. Dentis is alleged to have had drug paraphernalia in the form of a pipe and straws while intoxicated.
Amanda Beaver, Salina, was in district court July 16, charged with domestic assault and battery. She pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept. 7. Bond was set at $2,000. Beaver was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.
Hershel Lloyd Goolsby, 61, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court July 16, charged with larceny, a misdemeanor. Goolsby pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept. 7. Goolsby was free on bond. Goolsby is alleged to have taken sheet metal on June 22 from Lawton William True.
Lindsay Gene Walters, 21, Salina, was in Mayes County District Court July 16, charged with manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance. She pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug. 30. Bond was set at $40,000. Walters is alleged to have conspired with Terrel Marble to manufacture methamphetamines with an HCL generator, Loratine - D decongestant and chemicals necessary to produce methamphetamines on July 13.
Joseph Lance Berry, 28, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court July 16, charged with lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 and possession of child pornography. Berry pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug. 30. Bond was set at $75,000. Berry was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim, a 10-year-old child.
