Jan. 13

5:00 p.m., Reporting person called and advised daughter has run away again. Advised they got into an argument, she tore up the bathroom and her bedroom and left. Advised he was in the bathroom when she took off and he is unsure what direction she went. Advised she is wearing a black and white checked sweat shirt, light blue pants and brown boots.

7:26 p.m., Reporting person advised someone was in his backyard appeared to have cut his hands.

8:04 p.m., Reporting person advised male subject, approximately 16-years-old walking their street. Person advised they only traveled about 200 yards in half an hour and suspects the child may be up to no good. Advised child is wearing  a dark hoodie and pants and requests an officer drive by and check what male is doing in the neighborhood.

8:46 p.m., Reporting person would like to do a welfare check. Advises he contacted them about some rectal bleeding and they were unable to contact him back.

8:54 p.m., Reporting person called and advised a drunk man is refulsing to leave while they are attempting to move into the residence. Advised reporting person to go inside and lock the doors until police arrive. Reporting person advised the man is yelling and spitting on them.

Jan. 14

12:04 a.m., fight in progress. Transferred over by MESTA. Caller advised that she needed an officer to Scooter’s Bar in Langley. Caller then disconnected from dispatch. MESTA was able to advise of her phone number. Upon call back caller advised that a fight had just occurred by dispatch could hear in the background what sounded like an on going fight. Caller advised that she had her hair pulled and her boyfriend had been assaulted. Caller disconnected again with dispatch. Upon call back she advised that the suspect had tried to hit her boyfriend and when she pulled the suspect off her boyfriend he then pulled her hair. Caller advised thatthey had left the scene and enroute to their residence in Strang. When asked multiple times to turn around and meet with th eofficer to make a statement and report caller advised her boyfriend and he continued to advise her that they are not going back. When caller advised by dispatch they needed to return to the scene in order to make a report with the officer they refused. Caller was unable to give any description of the suspect besides he was 5’11” and he was known around the area. Caller also advised that htey had been kicked out of the bar.
