Richard Alan Wisener Jr. was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with obstructing an officer, a misdemeanor. Wisener pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket June 15. Bond was set at $1,000. Wisener is alleged to have delayed an investigation being performed by Pryor Police officer Jeremy Cantrell on Sunday.
Virginia Nichole Robbins, 29, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Friday charged with one count of child abuse. Robbins was represented by Chuck Ramsey and entered a not guilty plea. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 24. She is free on bond. Robbins was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.
Robbins is alleged to have hit a three year old on the buttocks and legs with a belt on March 19.
