Teodoro Lopez Cruz, 34, Tulsa, was in Mayes County District Court Thursday, charaged with operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and failure to wear a seat belt. Lopez-Cruz, through an interpreter, pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept. 7. Bond was set at $500.
Raul Ambrosio, 22, Tulsa, was in Mayes County District Court on Thursday, charged with operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license, speeding, failure to carry insurance and carrying an open container. Ambrosio, through an interpreter, pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept. 7. Bond was set at $1,500.
Doyle Gene Wiser, 43, Locust Grove, was in Mayes County District Court Thursday, charged with petit larceny and malicious injury to property. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept. 7. Wiser was free on bond. Wiser is alleged to have taken a pit bull dog and destroyed a chain link fence belonging to Albert Ward. These incidents allegedly took place on June 24.
Nancy Roemer, 40, Locust Grove, was in Mayes County District Court Thursday, charged with petit larceny and malicious injury to property. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept. 7. She is free on bond. Roemer is alleged to have taken a pit bull dog and destroyed a chain link fence belonging to Albert Ward. These incidents allegedly took place on June 24.
Michael Lee, 33, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Thursday, charged with domestic abuse assault and battery and interference with an emergency telephone call. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug. 30. Bond was set at $5,000. He was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. Lee is alleged to have struck his girlfriend in the eye twice and interfered with an emergency phone on June 20.
Lee was convicted in Mayes County in July of 2010 of domestic assault and battery by strangulation.
Tammy Joann Nelson, 37, Pryor, was in district court July 2, charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance in concert with Jesse Joel Hembree and Christopher Lee Cramer.
A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug. 16. Bond was set at $75,000.
