Eric Craig Goodpaster, 42, Adair, was not in district court Friday but was represented by council. Goodpaster is charged with three counts of uttering a forged instrument. His preliminary hearing sounding docket is March 29.
Goodpaster is free on bond. Goodpaster is alleged to have written two false checks in December and January to the Buckaroo General Store in Adair and a third check to the Bank of Commerce in January.
Rex Raymond Crist, 20, Pryor, was not in district court Friday for a motion to revoke a suspended sentence. Judge Gore forfeited bond, tripled bond and a bench warrant for his arrest was made. Crist was convicted of possession of precursors with intent to manufacture methampethamines in Sept. of 2010.
Tracy Lee Couch, 43, Pryor, was in district court Wednesday charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance - methamphetamine and marihuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Couch’s preliminary hearing sounding docket is March 29. Bond is 20,000.
Couch faces a motion to revoke a suspended sentence on March 1. Bond in that case is $10,000. Couch was convicted in November of 2009 of possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a park. He was sentenced to five years all suspended.
Kayla Danielle Phillips, 33, Tahlequah, was in district court Wednesday charged with possession of material with intent to manufacture. A not guilty plea was entered. Preliminary hearing sounding docket is March 29. Bond is $20,000.
Phillips is alleged to have possessed pseudoeophedrine for the manufacture of methamphetamine.
Kierstin Marie McKinney, 18, Pryor was in district court Wednesday charged with threatening to perform an act of violence - a misdemeanor. McKinney pleaded not guilty. McKinney was free on bond. Preliminary hearing is set for June 15. McKinney is alleged to have threatened the life of Judge Kevin Dodson on Feb. 6.
William Everett Jr. 24, Tahlequah, was not in district court Monday for a motion to revoke a hearing. Bond was forfeited and tripled for failure to appear. Judge Gore issued a bench warrant for his arrest. Everett was convicted in 2006 of larceny of domestic animals.
Christopher James Ketcham, 23, Pryor, was in district court Monday charged with one count domestic abuse assault and battery a misdemeanor. Ketcham pleaded not guilty, preliminary hearing sounding docket is set for June 15. Bond is $1,500. Ketcham is alleged to have struck Michelle Hicks on Feb. 13. Ketcham has been ordered to have no contact with Hicks.
Michael Lynn Walters, 43, Pryor, was in district court Friday charged with one felony and two misdemeanors, failure to register as a sex offender, reckless driving and driving with a license suspended or canceled. A not guilty plea was entered. Bond is $50,000. Preliminary hearing sounding docket is March 29. Walters was convicted in August of 2004 in Tulsa County of indecent exposure. In January 2009 Walters was convicted of possession of a stolen vehicle in Tulsa County. Walters was stopped by Pryor police for reckless driving on Graham avenue Thursday.
Travis L. Redger, 38, Adair, was in district court Tuesday charged with five felonies and one misdemeanor. Feloniously pointing a firearm, three assaults with deadly weapon, possession of a deadly weapon after a previous conviction and possession of drug paraphernalia. A not guilty verdict was entered. Preliminary hearing docket is March 29. Bond was set at $750,000.
Redger is alleged to have shot a revolver at Crystal Redger and a minor son on Monday. Redger is a registered child sex offender and was convicted of failing to register as sex offender in November of 2003 in Harrison, Ark.
