Paul Michael Watson, 44, Salina, was in Mayes County District Court Wednesday charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance after a previous conviction. A not guilty plea was entered. Bond is $50,000. Watson is alleged to have been manufacturing methamphetamines on Wednesday. Watson faces two motions to revoke a suspended sentence.  Bond on each motion is $20,000. His motion to revoke hearing is April 19.

Watson was convicted in November 2011 of knowingly concealing stolen property, manufacture of methamphetamines and eluding a police officer. In April of 2002, Watson was convicted in Greenville, Texas of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.



Billy Mack Spradlin Jr., 23, Locust Grove, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence, two counts of threatening to perform an act of violence, driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket June 15. Bond is $10,000. Spradlin was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol on Tuesday when he was stopped by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and threatened to shoot the arresting officer.



Jesse Jackson Hogshooter, 26, Vinita, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday charged with knowingly concealing stolen property in concert with Janelle Annette Dubois. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10.  Bond is $5,000. Hogshooter is alleged to have concealed a refrigerator, truck bumper, generator, riding mower and plow attachment stolen from Everett Oaks.



Janelle Annette Dubois, 19, Spavinaw, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday charged with knowingly concealing stolen property in concert with Jesse Jackson Hogshooter. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond is $5,000. Dubois is alleged to have hidden a refrigerator, truck bumper, generator, riding mower, and plow attachment that had been stolen from Everett Oaks.



Keith Dylan Russell, 28, Salina, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a previous conviction. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond was set at $50,000.  Russell was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. Russell is alleged to have assaulted Richard Duniphin with a screwdriver on Monday. Russell was convicted of second degree burglary of an automobile and unauthorized use of motor vehicle in 2005.



Nicholas Thell Berry, 34, Tahlequah, was in Mayes County District Court on Monday charged with larceny of an automobile in concert with Jordan Lee Hendrickson. A not guilty plea was entered. Berry is free on a $10,000 bond. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Berry is alleged to have taken a 1981 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme belonging to Jo Rice on Friday.



Jordan L. Hendrickson, 24, Peggs, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with one felony and two misdemeanor counts of larceny of an automobile, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign. Hendrickson pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond was set at 20,000. Hendrickson is alleged to have taken a 1981 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme in concert with Nicholas Thell Berry on Friday.



Tina Louise Johnson, 42, Langley, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with domestic abuse assault and battery. Johnson pleaded not guilty. Bond was set at $5,000. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket June 15. Johnson was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. Johnson is alleged to have assaulted Bradley Steve Johnson on Saturday.



Max Allen Knight, Jr. 39, Tulsa, was in Mayes County District Court Friday charged with domestic assault and battery. Knight pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket May 10. Bond was set at $25,000. Knight was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim Tina Martin. Knight is alleged to have struck Martin on Feb. 18. Knight was convicted of domestic assault and battery in 2001 in Tulsa County.
