Walter Louis Oppermann, 46, Adair, was in Mayes County District Court Friday charged with two counts of feloniously pointing a firearm. A not-guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing docket April 5. Bond is $250,000. Oppermann was ordered to have no contact with Olivia or Kristina Oppermann.
