— Jimmy Wayne Fulton, 32, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday charged with petty larceny and obstructing an officer. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket June 15. Bond is $1,000. Fulton is alleged to have carried away scrap metal belonging to Robert Willis on March 28 and giving false information to a Mayes County Sheriff’s Deputy.
