Tulsa Stockyards
A total of 4,352 head sold Sept. 24, compared to 3,149 last week and 3,758 a year ago. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers sold steady. Steer and heifer calves sold steady to $10 higher with light weight cattle gaining back last week’s losses. Slaughter cows and bulls sold $2 to $4 lower. Replacement cows good demand but supplies limited.
