Tulsa Stockyards
A total of 3,149 head sold Sept. 17, compared to 3,142 last year and 2,461 a year ago. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers sold steady in a light test. Steer and heifer calves sold steady to $3 higher, except 300-375 lb. steers and heifers, which sold $8 to $10 lower. Demand very good for weaned calves. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady.
